Have you heard? We have acquired the Chicago Review of Books and it is now a Publication of StoryStudio. If you’ve come to this page with questions, this might help:
What’s going to change?
– Nothing, really, except the name. Adam Morgan will remain the Editor-in-Chief, the CHIRB will continue to publish reviews, interviews, and features, and down the line, we will team up for classes and programming.
Who are we?
– StoryStudio Chicago is part of the Stories Matter Foundation, a nonprofit school for writers, both adults and teens. For 15 years, we’ve trained aspiring writers in various genres, and, now, are reaching new audiences and partners with our community focused programs.
Want to get involved?
– We have a course catalog with all of our creative writing classes for the upcoming term. We’ll have more programming specific to the CHIRB in the coming months, so stay tuned!
– Sign up for our newsletter to get the first-hand knowledge of new developments and opportunities.
We’re thrilled to combine two literary powerhouses here in Chicago, and can’t wait to see where it takes us.
