Erin’s company, improve it!, conducts workshops across the country leveraging improvisational techniques to improve employees’ soft skills in corporate settings. Her work with clients such as United Airlines, PepsiCo, Groupon, Deloitte, The PrivateBank and Mesirow Financial earned her the 2014 Chicago RedEye Big Idea Award and nominated improve it! for the 2015 & 2016 Chicago Innovations award. She is currently part of the Chicago Innovation Awards Women’s Co-Op.Since founding StoryStudio in 2003, Jill has focused her attention on developing new approaches to teaching storytelling, and providing a wide variety of experiences in writing and publishing for StoryStudio writers. In 2009 she created the Words for Work business writing program. As a former theatre professional and an award-winning communications consultant, writer, and editor, Jill works with professional service firms, creative agencies, corporations, and government entities. Past and current clients include Chicago Community Trust, FCB, Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, Museum of Science and Industry, MacArthur Foundation, Undertone, Motorola, McDonald’s Corporation, Lands’ End, and Sears, Roebuck and Co.
