Sketch Comedy (Daytime)
Description: Produced comedy writer, published author, and alum of the Second City Training Center Jack Helbig will lead this four-week workshop in writing sketch comedy.
In this course you’ll learn how to develop comedy ideas and successfully turn them into successful comedy sketches. The course will use improv games and time writing exercises. And of course, we’ll laugh our way through learning the craft and skill of good sketch comedy.
Who Should Attend: This course is for writers of all levels. Students need not have any prepared pieces or any previous experience in sketch comedy before class begins.
