Blogging for Business or Pleasure

Description: Whether you’re an entrepreneur, business owner, independent contractor, working artist, photographer, or freelancer writer, a blog can enliven your website, build connections with potential clients, and help to strengthen your brand. Learn how to use your blog to get noticed, become a part of a professional community, and make a name for yourself as an expert in your field.

In this class, we’ll cover everything from the basics of constructing a basic blog site and building an audience to more advanced levels of social networking and brand building. Using examples from some of the internet’s most prominent bloggers, we’ll examine what it takes to make a great blog. In-class exercises will help you get started on the path to blogging success.

Who Should Attend: This class is open to anyone who wants to build a better blog.
