Begins Tuesday, January 21, 2014
The club returns this winter in a bigger, better, deluxe format!
Need someone to hold you accountable for your writing?
Accountability Club Deluxe isn’t a workshop and it isn’t a class. It’s a cross between a support group and a study hall, where fellow writers will help you to increase your productivity and actually write.
At our weekly meetings, we’ll spend a half hour checking in and setting our goals for the night, and then spend two 40-minute sessions JUST WRITING. Afterward, we’ll share our successes and finish with a brief, guided writing exercise.
A great way to get some work done and rack up those pages!
What you’ll learn:
- Strategies for setting goals, reaching them, and staying motivated
- Weekly mini-exercises on elements of craft
What you’ll write:
- Two 40-minute sessions to make progress on whatever writing project the student chooses
What you’ll read:
- The option to share brief pieces of work at the end of each session
Who should attend?
- Adults 18 and over
- All writers
